It is important to remember that your dental insurance is a contract between your insurance provider and you. Dental insurance benefits are always subject to review by your carrier, and your coverage is limited to the terms of your policy. We will work to maximize your benefits. However, the information your insurance carrier provides us is not a guarantee of benefits or payments. Your estimated patient payment portion is due at the time of your service.
